Tomomichi Kayano
Founder & Representative Director
Tomomichi Kayano is an entrepreneur, operator and investor with experience spanning startups, large corporations and cross-sector initiatives.
After founding and exiting a startup, he served as a New Business Development Manager at the Corporate Headquarters of Ajinomoto Co., Inc., where he led strategic initiatives and internal venture development.
Prior to that, he held executive positions including Director and CEO at a DX consulting firm, overseeing both business expansion and organizational leadership.
His experience also includes project management of public-private-academic collaborations, angel investments as a private investor, and advisory roles as an external board member.
He operates at the intersection of strategy, execution and capital.
